Masoud Douzan
With an MBA and over 30 years in IT sales and marketing, Masoud is a seasoned leader and the CEO of JIBB. His career highlights include being the National Sales Manager at major Australian telcos who then founded and grew a multi million-dollar business.
Masoud has a proven track record in team management and has built strong industry relationships. A pioneer in digital whiteboards, he recognized the need for innovative visual collaboration solutions, leading to the creation of cost-effective digital environments.
His strategic vision has earned him accolades such as the Boston Consulting Group award for Business Strategy and Australian Tech Smart City honors.
Vahid Kolahdouzan
A distinguished entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment banking, IT, entrepreneurship, and education. He has led JIBB to significant recognition, including third place in the China Next Unicorn Competition and the Australian Technologies Competition.
Vahid holds 5 patents and has pivotal experience in finance at AON, Westpac, and Macquarie Group. He also founded Zigma Learning Pty Ltd, co-founded Zigmagic, and has lectured at major Australian universities.
James Street
With over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, James has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive innovation and achieve outstanding results. He has successfully exited three startups profitably, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen and strategic vision.
A recognized expert in stakeholder engagement, James excels at building strong relationships and fostering collaboration to ensure project success. His extensive expertise and proven track record make him a valuable asset in any venture aimed at leveraging technology for transformative growth.

An American entrepreneur and inventor, best known for creating the LeapPad and founding several successful companies.
His ventures include StrataCom (sold to Cisco for $4.5 billion), Explore Technologies (invented the Odyssey Atlasphere), and Livescribe (invented the smart pen) and Eyefluence (acquired by Google in 2016).
Specialises in: Product vision, innovation, corporate leadership and management, funding, business development, marketing, new product development, inventions and patents.
Ian Davis
Senior executive with a proven track record in driving innovation, growth, and performance improvement across media, telecoms, education, and tech sectors.
As a corporate executive, he added $1B EBITDA in 8 years, launched video-on-demand in Australia, and successfully turned around a medium-sized educational publisher.
In startups and scale-ups, he has built and scaled over 10 businesses, raising over $50M in capital across 20+ funding rounds.
John Lo
A seasoned, multilingual corporate transactional lawyer with a JD/MBA from UC Berkeley, qualified in California and Hong Kong. Based in Taiwan and Hong Kong, he has extensive experience in VC/PE, M&A, and international transactions involving Hong Kong, China, and the US.
John is also an active angel investor, mentor, and author, known for his strategic advice and expertise in cross-jurisdictional investments.
