To use JIBB Room, you’ll need a Cisco Room Series Device running on RoomOS or MTR, located in any kind of room where the camera can see the whole writing surface of your board.

Deploy JIBB Room directly onto Cisco Room Series Devices via the Webex Control Hub or using the JIBB Admin Portal. No extra hardware, cables, or complicated manual setup required, just install the app and your teams are ready to start collaborating better.
Once installed, JIBB Room appears on the Room Navigator as a native app, allowing anyone in the room to simply tap the app and start a JIBB session at any time.
Admins can configure a camera preset position so the app always snaps to the perfect view of the whiteboard automatically. No need to aim the camera every time, allowing teams to focus on their whiteboarding activities as usual.
Whether you start a JIBB Room session before or after you've joined a meeting, it's easy to share the live session into any Webex, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom meeting at the tap of a button.
Anyone can join your JIBB Room session once it's shared in the meeting via the QR code or by entering the session ID and password on their mobile or desktop to annotate directly over the digitized whiteboard content, fostering deeper collaboration and engagement, even from afar.
